Hurts

Manchester, British electro-pop duo Theo Hatchcraft and Adam Anderson. Formed in 2009, the elegant and enigmatic HURTS have their own sharp costumes, smooth hair and sharp visual effects. Theo and Adam are a stark contrast to the glowing pop stars who have recently launched charts. It looks like they're more on the cover of Vogue Hommes than NME or Smash Hits, a pair reminiscent of Anton Corbin's Tears of Fear. Hurts recently released their first single "Better Than Love" and toured the UK and Europe in the summer of 2010. The band "Hurts" gives all its fans the opportunity to listen and, if necessary, download music.

Prior to HURTS, singer Theo and keyboardist Adam were in the Bureau and Dagger bands, the latter of which supported Gary Numan. However, on a trip to Italy, they used a "disco tape" (slow disco) and began to be fixed by more strict, stylish, European aesthetics and called-Hurts.

Musically, they create melancholic electro-pop inspired by the 1980s and songs that they say are inspired by the British mentality "not too bad". "How are you? Not so bad! For a while you think it's not very interesting, - said Theo, but it can be very interesting, because it is at the forefront of hope and despair.

Hurts had albums: - In August 2010, Hurts' debut full-length album, Happiness, debuted at number four on the U.K. album chart, selling more than 25, 000 copies in its first week, making it the band's best-selling album in the U.K. this year. Among Hurts 'singles, "Better Than Love, " "Wonderful Life, " and "Stay, " among others, the album was a huge success across Europe, and Hurts' profile grew exponentially. In 2010, there were several accolades, including participating in the BBC's Sound of the Year 2010 poll, receiving the German BAMBI award and being nominated for the MTV Europe Music Award. The following year, Hurts received much public support after playing a big set at the Glastonbury Festival. The performance was well received and even recognized as the best NME readers at the festival. Also this year, the band led their first European tour, culminating in a concert at London's Brixton Academy with special guest Kylie Minogue.

In December 2012, in anticipation of the band's next album and in line with the band's tradition of producing stylish, impeccably focused videos, Hurts released a long-running commercial for The Road, which was inspired by Cormac McCarthy's and Ballard's JG novel The Crash.. Hurts continued to work in 2013, releasing their second album Exile. With the release of Hutchcraft and Anderson, along with Quant and Dan Grech-Marguerat, Exile showcased a subtle, slightly more modern sound that included more orchestral and rock instruments, but retained all the major new Hurts waves and Krautrock influence. All members of the music group "Hurts" called 2018 a successful year for themselves, and set a goal to surpass themselves
